At Sandhus Nutrition, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fashion item doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached. Ensure the garments are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location. Once we receive and inspect your items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
